Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when purchase a product online from  A.M.R Professional :

• You have only 2 calendar days after payment to cancel your purchase order and before issuing a Tracking number of your shipment.

• you will refund your order cost to the same way of  Payment you made on our website.

• money return back to you depending on your bank , some times take up to 21 days to deliver to your bank. 

• we don`t accept return products after is shipped or delivered, so please be sure you want to buy the products.

• we not accept to refund cost of purchased products you refused to delivered it in customs or you not available in the address you put while make your purchase, which is your responsibility to contact customs or shipping carrier to get your shipment.

• we only responsible for shipping the purchased products and delivered it to shipping carrier , then after start its way for delivery we don`t responsible for it, such as Customs , wrong address .... etc.
